Happy Sunday!

I'm not gonna lie, the last few months in quarantine I've been practically living in loungewear and PJs. And, I've kinda been loving it! But, I think it's nice to throw on a good dress and a pair of heels every once in a while and just feel pretty. Even if it's for no particular reason!

2020 REFLECTIONS

I seriously cannot believe that it's already July. This week, I've been doing a lot of reflecting on what this year has taught me so far. A few weeks before quarantine started, I was sitting in class and a professor said "if you truly want to know the value of something, try to imagine a world where it doesn't exist." At the time, he was talking about branding, but I had no idea how much those words would ring true in the coming months.

This whole experience has reminded me how much I value all the little things, like being able to get brunch with a friend, sitting in a classroom full of peers, walking into an office, and traveling to new places. It's also taught me the importance of truly appreciating every moment because things can change drastically in a single second. I never realized just how much I was taking for granted. When all of this is over, I hope I can carry these lessons throughout the rest of my life, and make sure I'm making the most out of living, seeing the people I love often, and telling them how much they mean to me.

Until then, I am so grateful to have my health, and friends and family who keep me sane (even if it's just virtually). Stay safe everyone!

This half-up with a fishtail hairstyle is hands-down my favorite way to wear my hair over the summer. It's perfect for weddings, brunch, dates, and even cute and casual looks! Plus, it keeps my hair out of my face, which is really important with the summer heat.

I've also been obsessed with these earrings from the Kendra Scott summer 2019 collection! They are extremely unique, and unlike any other earrings, I've seen before. The shape reminds me of flower petals, and I love how shiny the white material is. I've been loving wearing them with my hair half-up to really show them off.

When I first got them, I was a little worried that I wouldn't be able to find much to wear with them but that hasn't been the case at all! They can really take almost any summer outfit to the next level. I've worn them with dresses, feminine tops, and even to a work event!

Happy Saturday!

Can you believe we are already over a month into 2019? It's seriously flown by!

This week, I'm sharing my current fave: this off-the-shoulder sweater! It is seriously so soft and cozy, I'm completely obsessed with it. And, the best part? It was super affordable! I bought it at H&M for under $30!

I chose to pair it with white pants, my baby pink Kate Spade handbag, and these girly pink pumps! I think this is the perfect outfit for a casual Sunday brunch.

Anyways, if you need me, I'll be listening to Ariana Grande's new Thank U, Next album on repeat! NASA and Needy are definitely my new favorite songs.

Have a great week!

Happy Wednesday guys!

Wow, can you believe that it’s already almost Halloween? 2018 is seriously flying by!

This week, I’m sharing one of my all-time favorite classic fall combos: a cozy cardigan and jeans.

First of all, I am obsessed with the color of this cardigan. It’s the perfect deep warm-toned brown that reminds me of pumpkin spice, caramel covered apples, and all my favorite things about this season! Plus, the texture of it is actually really soft and cozy, which I love.

The boots are from JustFab, and I’ve actually had them for over a year now! One of the things I truly love about JustFab is that their shoes are so affordable, but are also really good quality and actually last. There is nothing worse than falling in love with an affordable pair of shoes and having to replace them within the same year because they get so worn out. Plus, the website offers a huge selection of shoes, and many of them are knock-offs of designer trends! It’s always good to save money while still being able to wear the latest styles I’m currently obsessed with.

Happy Saturday guys!
I really hope you are all having a great weekend so far. It is so hard to believe that summer break has officially been over for more than a week. I can already tell this semester is gonna kick my butt a little bit. Thankfully it’s my last one of Undergrad!

Summer break may be over, but we still technically have about a month left of the season! Honestly, I am so looking forward to Fall. Bring on the boots, the cardigans, and pumpkin spice everything! But, since it’s still way too hot to pull out the warmer clothes (), I figured I’d share one of my favorite tops of the season.

This shade of blue is one of my all-time favorite colors to wear. I also love all the ruffles! I paired it with white pants and these bold chunky heels from JustFab. The shoes are pretty tall but surprisingly comfortable and easy to walk in (even for someone as clumsy as I am).

Have a great week!
